Our focus is on helping dedicated athletes structure their training to explore their personal limits using careful planning, logical training and good old-fashioned hard work.

As a general guideline our athletes are those pursuing ambitious PRs, podium finishes and Kona/Boston/New York/Berlin and Olympic Trials marathon qualifying standards.

Our Victoria based squads meets for group workouts every Tuesday or Wednesday at 6pm.
